Winter Peacoat

 

TGIF right?!?! I hope you all had a nice week. Mine was spent taking care of my sick little dude. I swear this winter my whole family has been sick so much, it awful! I really am over cold weather and can't wait until spring and summer. One nice thing about colder weather though, is that I get to wear cute peacoats! They really are the cutest. I got this one from Forever 21 last winter for only 20 dollars! It is super thick and warm so I would say I definitely got it for a steal. I decided to switch it up with some flats instead of wearing boots which I would normally do. I really love these ones I got at Old Navy. I really love the snake skin detailing on the toes, I think it adds a little something extra. Anyhoo, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, my hubby has a three day weekend so I think we may go out of town to the beach or something ( I hope!) Now I am off to go watch Scandal and How To Get Away With Murder. Night Night!

Once again the weekend just flew by. I hope everyone had a nice one! This was the outfit that I wore today and I was really digging it :) I really love anything with studs and crosses so when I saw this top had both I just had to get it. Funny story, this top was actually a high low dress but the "high" part was really high and made it VERY short. I loved it so much I decided to make it into a shirt so that I could still wear it and I'm so glad I did. I like the edgy vibe it gives off especially when paired with a leather jacket. I also added some pictures of my little man at the end. He was running around while my hubby was taking pictures so we had to snap a few of him too :)

Happy Friday! I came across this meme that said "woo hoo it's Friday! Oh wait... I'm a mom" haha and that couldn't be more true! I just wish my munchkin would sleep in just a little on the weekends...maybe one day :)  

So I bought this skirt almost two summers ago and I have never worn it. I wasn't really sure what to pair it with and I definitely didn't think about wearing it in the winter. I have been seeing a lot of cream colored skirts with black tights lately and they all look so cute so I decided to dig this skirt out and pair it with one of my knit sweaters. Hi everyone! I hope you all are having a nice week so far. I am baby free for a couple days (Silas' nana is watching him) and I don't really know what to do with myself haha. This is a look I wore a couple days ago. I really love the look of layers so I decided to throw on my denim shirt underneath my plaid one to add a different style to it. I paired it with my riding boots which gave this outfit a  kind of western/country vibe which I think is fun :)  My hubby just bought me a new camera which I am super excited about, so new looks will be coming soon! Hi everyone, I hope you all had a nice day today! My little man and I had a fun day spending time with my sister and her two boys. I just love seeing Silas ( my son) play with his cousins. They just love each other so much and have such a fun time together it seriously melts my heart. Any who, this is my outfit that I wore today, I got this vest from Windsor a little while ago and really loved it but haven't really worn it much. Green Sparkle

 Hey all, I hope everyone is having a good start to their week! Here is a few pictures from an outfit I wore a couple days ago. I really love green and I thought this sweater was unique with the silver sparkle looking details on the sleeves. I don't have anything like it in my closet so I knew I just had to have it. I paired it with this awesome necklace I got from Charming Charlies. I love the big bold jewels. I also got these stretch riding boots from Charming Charlies. Yay it's the weekend! I don't know about you but this week seemed like it was soooo long, so I am glad it is finally the weekend. I really love plaid, especially for the winter season. I spotted this shirt at American Eagle and instantly fell in love with the color. Minty green is one of my favorite colors and I thought it was a nice departure from all the dark "traditional" winter colors. I paired it with my boots from Forever 21, which I'm still obsessed with!
